1.How long will my refund take?

As soon as we receive the item back to the warehouse, we’ll start the refund. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

2.What counts as proof of purchase?

Any of these:

receipt

confirmation email

e-receipt

your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

your card/bank statement

the email address used to buy your item

3.Can I return my item if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items.

We’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange.

You just need these 3 things:

Your proof of purchase

The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition

A few things to note though…

There are some things we can’t do returns for, such as food and some jewellery (see FAQ below) unless of course they’re faulty. Our website and catalogue clearly show which items are excluded

If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop) we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you

During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.

Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

4. Are there any items I can’t be returned?

Some products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective. See link for details.5. How can I track my return?

To track your return, use the tracking number provided on your return label and enter it on the shipping carrier site. If you don’t have your return number recorded, please call our Customer Service team at +1 (508)348-9268

6. What if the return I want to return was damaged？

You need to contact the logistics company of your return choice, and they will bear the damage lost.
